Terms & Conditions

1. A cancellation fee applies to all bookings. Cancellations due to unforeseen weather conditions may incur an administration fee unless rescheduled.

2. Travel Vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

3. All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST (Goods & Services Tax) and are valid from 01 April 2009 – 31 March 2010. New rates may apply thereafter. Rates quoted are per person

4.The Customer expressly acknowledges that, in the event any service to be provided becoming unavailable due to circumstances beyond the Company's control, the Company shall, at the Company's sole discretion and without prior notice to the Customer, be entitled to
substitute services of equal or greater value without refund to the Customer, and such substitution shall be deemed to be complete
compensation such that the Customer shall have no further claim against the Company.

5. Please note, fees are charged by Queensland Parks and Wildlife for entry into national parks. In addition, there are fuel,insurance and barge levies namely “extras”. These charges are subject to change and payable at time of check in.
